Jay Sabblah is the Principal Director of Black Investment Group, and is responsible for bringing together the project team of the best local consultants and professionals to complete successful invesetment projects

Jay brings over 15 years of strategic leadership, consulting and project management expertise from the technology and advertising industries. Previously working for Google, Yahoo! and IBM.

Jay started his property investment journey over 14 years ago. Investing in a duplex as his first project. Since then Jay hasn’t looked back accumulating 5 properties in 5 years, and then diversifying his skillset becoming a buyers' agent and project management of multiple projects over the years.
